Drift Attack held vic drift and winton raceway

Vic Drifts final round of the season took place at Winton raceway at the start of November. With drivers travelling to Winton Raceway from all over the country to take part in Drift Attack expectations where set high for this event to be a massive success. The day kicked off with a few rounds of qualifying to sort out the top 16 battles that would be taking place in the afternoon.

Check out all the action after the jump:

Steve Rubinic starts off well, unfortunately it wasn’t long until he had mechanical issues that forced him to call it a day.

Always work to be done, I believe it was a new pair of rear hubs to go on. Go team last minute.

It was great to see Jake Jones from SA having a bit of fun out there. He always puts on a good show.

Not all the cars in the top 16 were imports either; a well sorted XR6 was doing a great job.

The pro class finals basically came down to series leader, Leigh Pidwell (Corolla) and Drift Australia champ Luke Fink (S14).
